We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer website. Your IP address is also used to gather broad demographic information so that the company can make minor adjustments to its content and technical specification and/or design to meet the needs of its visitors.

Forms
Some of our site's forms require producers to give us contact information (like company name, email, and postal address for informational and contracting purposes), unique identifiers, and demographic information.  For performers (potential employees), Netvision Talent collects individuals' physical attributes such as height, age range, wardrobe sizes, and more to present the specific criteria to our users (producers, casting professionals).  The submission of these statistical data is optional.

Contact information from the registration forms is used to get in touch with the customer when necessary.

Users may opt-out of receiving mailings, e-mail or postal mail; see the choice/opt-out section below.

Any financial information collected is used to bill productions for services.  There is no registration fee to talent who wish to provide materials to Netvision Talent for the purposes of consideration of employment on productions the company has contracted with for casting services.

Unique identifiers (e.g. as social security numbers or assigned accounts for access) are collected from website visitors to verify the user's identity and in cases where the performer is hired as an independent contractor of Netvision Talent for a performance.  1099 tax reporting to the Internal Revenue service is utilized in such cases.

Demographic and profile data is collected at our site to tailor our visitor's experience to display content that we think they might be interested in, and displaying the content according to their preferences.
